Frm de beginning..when I started to lead,many probs occur..I had always thought leading was a simple task,be it leading sheeps for shepherds,cg leader leading grp,ul leading ppl and so on,but was wrong..My thinking was "Just Do It"Simple as ABC..But later on came to realize tat I'm actually doing things lik robot,somehow forgetting de fundamental bhind it..During thz week,I really became drain,after talking wif Dk on thur and returned hme after today,I finally found de clearest of clearest pic. of wad went wrongg..
Firstly..As I said,I have been doing things lik robot..Although I still spend time wif God and talking to him..Quiet time,but still felt sumthin was missing..Hmm,I'm e kinda person tats kinda perfectionist?..I wann to gg 2 on sat wif a mind tat wan to meet God fully..Can say I a little kiasu la..Singaporean marz,so I prayed on fri night..God hlp mii lehhs,why arrs?..Confuse && stuffs..
However..Today,God spoke through de worship and sermon..All"zun zun"for mii lik tat derrs, hahas..During worship time,few guys shared things..Thing tat I belive God wanns to assure mii, de parachute wif a pilot in plane tat's gonna crash by David Hoe..I asked myself if I was relying on God fully,know..If I still rmb tat I'm serving for others to grow of for God to wrk through mii to hlp em grow?..2nd,Gideon talk abt our negative thoughts,if we're hanging on to em or Jesus's pinkies..If i'm looking all de probs myself wif God or am I looking all e probs I face myself wif God AND relying on him ..
During sermon time,Jasmine spoke abt accountablity..Tat made mii ponder few things..If I've been sharing my heart's condition to my shepherd?Is it tat I think I hav grown stronger && sub-conciously think tat thr's not so much nid to acc. ?..Over-confident and stuffs..
These things realli hit mii hard though,till my heads got stars..But brothers and sisters,why I mention all thz things is not bcuz i'm showing uu tat being a leader is so tough or I'm trying to tear dwn myself or wadeva..The solution to all thz is simple and tat's to have a Thnksgiving Heart and Trusting in e LORD..Through thz two things I found tat actually I havn been giving thnks to God becuz I've so much things in mind,exams,planning,de grp and stuffs..Thz has blinded mii how God has been evident in my life and how he blessed mii through ppl who'll thr for mii..Thz results in my"Faith Bar"decreasing,magnifying on probs more than magnifiying more on God..
